  I am inclined to agree with the reviews that state this apartment complex is not worth the value of the expensive rent. Where the apartment was beautiful and the complex overall well maintained when we were here for a year , being nickle and dimed for parking and slow to respond maintenance requests was a problem for us as well. Similarly, our apartment didn't even having a garbage disposal which may seem like a small detail but something you would expect for an apartment costing almost $2000/mo. We experienced a proposed $200 rent increase which blew us out of the water and ultimately ended up moving for other reasons but it was no love loss knowing we would have had to pay this ridiculous increase. Also, fair warning there is a commuter train that habitually runs behind the complex. The horn and the "whoosh" became background noise to us after a while but I could see how this could be a problem for people with babies or small children. I will miss the close proximity to local stores like wegmens, target and our favorite brunch place, the turning point, but still not sure the complex was worth the sticker price.
  
  PS. the circle branch post office is probably the most mediocre post office I've ever encountered. I have no idea why the complex would contract with circle branch in order for residents to get their mailbox keys but this was an infuriatingly slow process filled with incompetence and frustration.
